Owner of Kincade since 1997, we have been the exclusive Miracle Recreation Rep. for the territory of La since 2006. We provide a full service for all recreation needs. Appointed to the Board of Louisiana Park and Recreation since 2007. I have been in public service since 1991. We pride our selves in customer service and safety therefore our agency reps are classfied personal and this is an additional only feature for our customers in todays times.
Randy Albarez
Project Consultant
A proud lifelong resident of South Louisiana, Randy has dedicated his life to public service, community development, and faith-centered leadership. Randy has built a distinguished career in parks and recreation, most notably serving in leadership roles with the Brec Recreation and Park Commission for the Parish of East Baton Rouge, where he has contributed extensively to the planning, development, and management of parks and recreational facilities. He also served as Director of Parks and Recreation for the parish of West Feliciana, where he oversaw the construction and development of the West Feliciana Sports Park for 10 years. Randy is also responsible for the roots of Chappapeela Sports Park in Hammond, LA. where he served as the first Executive Director of the H.A.R.D #1. Randy has played a key role in municipal outreach and training across the state through his involvement with the Louisiana Municipal Association (LMA) and its Louisiana Municipal Technical Advisory Service (LAMATS) program. In this capacity, he has provided consulting, training, and program development support to municipalities throughout Louisiana, helping local leaders strengthen services and improve community infrastructure.

Pat Dayton
Sales
Has been involved in recreation all of his adult life. Pat started as Recreation Director in New Iberia, Manager of City Park in New Orleans, and Over the Civic Center in Monroe before joining Kincade Recreation in 2011. Pat has experience in every part of recreation and has been a sales consultant since January 2011.
Todd Miller
Sales
Started in August 2012 as the office manager of Kincade Recreation. Todd has taken on internet sells for shade, turf and steel structures along with designing recreation areas for our customers.
Kade Walling
Manufacture Certified Installer / Sales
Kade has been one of our installers for the past 6 years. He has transitioned into playground sales over the past 3 years.
Shawn McRay

From Sulphur, LA
Shawn has been one of our installers for two years, while also starting sales this year.
Founded in 2006, Kincade Recreation provides safe, challenging and innovative play equipment for landscape architects throughout Louisiana. Owner Tracey Kincade has been a Miracle representative for 19 years and, together, he and our team of six employees are dedicated to making product quality our first priority in creating playground experiences that leave lasting impressions on our local communities.
In addition to the Miracle recreation equipment we sell, Kincade Recreation provides park area design services that help our customers create playground experiences that will thrill the families, children and communities they serve. Kincade Recreation was also among the first to provide inclusive equipment for special-needs children of all abilities. Playing together remains an important focus for our company.
